CASA DEL SOL KOTI Aurinkoon

Oletko ostoksilla täydellisellä paikalla perheesi lomalle, tyttöjen viikonloppuna, kampasimusta tai kalastusmatkalle? Jos on, älä etsi enää! Casa Del Sol tarkistaa kaikki ruudut. Jos ideasi unelmalomasta potkaisee takaisin ja rentoutua uima-altaan äärellä, nauttia kylpytynnyrissä, leikkiä manaattien kanssa, meloa tai rajoittaa punakalaa ja kampasimpukoita, Casa Del Sol on vastauksesi.

Aivan King's Bayn alapuolella syvänmeren laguunilla sijaitseva Casa Del Sol on yksi harvoista Crystal Riverin lähiöistä, joka laillisesti sallii lyhytaikaisen loma-asunnon vuokrauksen. Melojille olemme 30 minuutin meloa Three Sister's tai Hunter Springsille. Minulla ei ole kajakkia. Ei hätää, tarjoamme kaksi kajakkikajakaa käyttöösi. Casa Del Sol on henkilökohtainen lomakotimme. Kun tuli sisustamisen aika, menimme hauskaan, tyylikkääseen Karibian tunnelmaan, joka oli täynnä merenneito- ja mustekalahuoneita, ja loistavasta baarialueesta, jotka kaikki olivat trooppisten koralli-, sitruuna- ja teal-sävyjä. Kodissa on neljä täyttä makuuhuonetta (3 king-vuodetta ja 2 erillistä vuodetta) ja kaksi räätälöityä kylpyhuonetta. Päällikkökylvyssä on iso, kauniisti sisustettu, suihkukaappi, tupla-altaat ja erillinen vesikotelo.

Harkitsemme huolellisesti kodin kaikkia elementtejä. Suunnittelimme, varastimme ja sisustimme kodin vieraamme mielessä. Ensiapupaketeista rantapyyhkeisiin olemme yrittäneet miettiä kaikkea mitä tarvitset, emmekä riisuta määrää tai laatua. Huoltotiimimme ja siivoushenkilöstömme ovat fantastisia. Jos jokin rikkoutuu, korjaamme sen ja koti on tahraton. Meillä on korkeat vaatimukset, ja uskomme kohtelevan vieraitamme niin kuin haluaisimme saada kohtelun lomallamme. Pubihuoneessa on ainutlaatuinen juomabaari, joka on valmistettu regeneroidusta puusta Etelä-Amerikasta. Mahlaa neljä nahkabaarituolilla ja pubipöytä, johon mahtuu vielä neljä.

Keittiössä on hyvin varustettu ruokia 12: lle, joukko pieniä laitteita, kuten rasvakeitin, röynnöpotti, tehosekoitin, fondue-potti ja runsaasti kattiloita, pannuja sekä tarjoiluastioita ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita. Keittiössä on myös aamiaisbaari, johon mahtuu neljä. Ruokasalissa on ruokasali, johon mahtuu kuusi.

Casa Del Solissa voit kalastaa ja katsella manaatteja yksityisestä venelaiturista. Jos nautit kalastuksesta, alueella on runsaasti taimenta, snapperia, kobia ja punasimppua. Ammattimaisia oppaita on saatavana kalastusretkiä varten. Kajakit voivat pakata välipaloja, nousta vuokraamosi kajakkeihin - ja suunnata Kolmen sisarn kevään päälle - näkymäpäivää ja Manateen katselua varten. Great stay in Crystal River

Cosa Del Sol is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipt. Teri was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We paddled to Three Sister's Springs and saw several manatees. We also had some manatees around our dock a few days. The grandkids enjoyed the playground at Kings Bay Park, and Fort Island Beach. We also explored some nearby hiking trails.

Scallop Trip 2023

Nice House on canal near river, House smelled clean upon arrival and Pool was crystal clear. Were a couple of issues, Front doorknob was broken, and house had a roach issue. Also watch dog neighbor filed an unwarranted complaint. Will be looking for another Location for next year's trip.

Excellent vacation home!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Teri’s home. It was beautiful and conveniently located. It also had everything that we needed. We have stayed in many over the years but this one was a “step above”. We will definitely be back!!!

Very spacious, clean and view of the sunset!

We had a two family gathering, plenty of space for all. Kitchen fully stocked with anything we needed. House, pool, hot tub and outdoor dock is very clean. Fishing was awesome! We caught numerous fish, shark and we even saw two manatee. Host was very prompt in responding to questions prior to booking and very gracious when I asked to be accommodated for an item. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Great vacation!

A wonderful time was had by the entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock every day. The house comes very well stocked with soap, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels etc. the pictures online do not do the house justice. It is just lovely. We saw manatees almost every day off the dock and even caught some crabs. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to book here again in the future. Host was very responsive!

Casa Del Sol is Very much like home! We had a fantastic time at this lovely place! It's very quiet & pet friendly neighborhood in beautiful location. The home had everything you need. Beautiful and spacious fully equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms & bathrooms, very clean with welcoming decorations. Screened in lanai, pool, hot tub, boat dock and kayaks. You name it! Our family went kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming with so many manatees. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend this lovely place to our friends and family! Thank you for sharing Casa del Sol with us! :)

Wonderful property

We are a family of 4, kids 10 & 12 who stayed at the house over spring break. I was so impressed with the house. Everything you can imagine was available. Tons of bath towels, beach towels, kitchen items, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Great neighborhood & location! We used the kayaks to find manatee, fished off the dock & caught lots of catfish, swam & used the hot tub. My husband had to work one of the days, Wi-Fi was excellent & so was cell service. House was very clean upon arrival. We also spent a day at Busch Gardens & another on a fishing charter. So much fun! My only “con” is the squeaky twin beds off the master. My kids slept in there & every time they moved the squeaky beds would wake me up. In hind sight, I should have just moved them to one of the other bedrooms! Highly recommend this house!

Casa del Sol - Perfect home, perfect location, perfect vacation!

Casa del Sol was the perfect home, in the perfect location, for my husband and I to enjoy three weeks of bliss in Crystal River! The neighborhood was very quiet and incredibly beautiful! The home had every amenity available one could ever need! While it was too cool to take a dip in the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in lanai, hot tub, boat dock, gas grill and kayaks. If we could rate this home 10 stars, we would! The owners were absolutely amazing, responding almost immediately to our every question! When the refrigerator stopped working, they made another refrigerator available to us within the hour and arranged to have a brand new refrigerator delivered and installed the very next day! A miraculous feat to accomplish, we don’t know how owner Teri managed to pull that one off! Swimming with the manatees was truly the highlight of our trip! We loved it so much, we went three times. We highly recommend taking a semi-private or private tour to swim with those magnificent creatures. Our favorite company was Fun2Dive. There are so many things to do in the Crystal River area. We hiked, biked, kayaked, bird-watched, took an airboat ride and enjoyed watching the sunset at the Fort Island Trail Beach. There are so many wonderful parks and trails in the area, get outside and enjoy them all. Be sure to visit Three Sisters Springs and Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. For day trips, Busch Gardens and the Tampa Zoo were well worth the trips. If you enjoy fishing, we highly recommend a trip to the quaint fishing village of Cedar Key. We ate our weight in seafood during our vacation. Some of our favorites were Seafood Sellers, The Plant (loved their red royal shrimp and key lime pie), and The Freezer (hole in the wall place but incredible clam chowder and boiled shrimp). Thank you for sharing Casa del Sol with us! It was our best VRBO experience to date and we have stayed in a lot of different homes the past few years!

Beautiful house, great location for an extended family Thanksgiving

Casa del Sol is a lovely house situated directly on the water in a dog-friendly neighborhood, perfect for a large group that does not mind sharing bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for meals in, including Thanksgiving (which we purchased pre-cooked from Publix), and the local restaurants we sampled were very good. We used the kayaks one day and rented a pontoon boat on another and drove it right up to the dock before heading out on the river for fishing, where we caught snapper and snook - our son also fished directly from the dock for hours, catching a bunch of catfish. We saw many manatees and a large variety of birds, both in the river and at Three Sisters Springs. I would not hesitate to visit again!

Great River access

This location is prime with respect to River access for boating. The property is clean and excellent for entertaining. The property owners are courteous and helpful. The dock is a floating type which is great for mooring your boat. You don’t have to worry about dock lines due to tide change.

Beautiful home on the water close to all the Kings Bay Springs

Property is in very nice condition. Dock is large, we had two boats docked with no issues. Communication with owner was quick and painless. Central location to Kings Bay, marinas, Springs and the Gulf. Sea Haag Deli right down the street on Fort Florida was delicious, call ahead for lunch orders! About a 30-45 minute ride from the house to the scallop grounds. Beds are a 3.5/5. Not the best, but by far not the worst I’ve slept in. TV’s we’re easy to use. Pool was lovely and hot tub was a bonus. Big outdoor screened in space, fish cleaning table and grill all right by the screened in area. Long hose that stretched to boats for cleaning was great. Kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you’d need. Plenty of linens and towels. Two living room spaces with tvs for families staying together or adults/kids. Overall it was a great stay!

Family Vacation

This is our second year staying at Casa Del Sol and we absolutely love spending time here with our children and grandchildren. The home is clean and spacious and has everything you need! The boat dock is great as it’s in a canal so there are no issues with the boat traffic on the river. The pool is a nice place to relax after a day of boating. The owner is wonderful with communication. The grandchildren are already talking about returning next year! Wonderful memories made! Thank you!

Great Scalloping Location

This property was fantastic and was a great location for our a weeklong scalloping trip. The master bathroom shower was absolutely fantastic and by far my wife’s favorite part of the trip. The pool was great to get into after a long day of scalloping. The property owners only had to call us once due to me violating the no wake zone coming into the canal, totally my fault but she was super nice and understood I was just trying to out run a storm with the kids on the boat. The only downside to any part of the property was it was a little hard to back my trailer into the driveway due to a curve in the driveway. We got it to fit without issue but just be mindful if you have a large trailer for your boat at that location.

Great location to see manatees

We enjoyed our annual Cousin Week with 7 grandkids ages 9-17 and 3 adults. Plenty of room in driveway for 4 cars. Kayaks were easy to take to dock and launch. We saw 4 manatee snouts as we kayaked! Kids loved the salt-water pool. Great communication with the owner.

The screened in pool is a must for us and the hot tub is a great bonus . This property is in a great location just off the main river in a little Cove, which provides for easy docking and tying up. Once you’re out of the cove, You’re in the river (and not in an Idle zone). With 4 bedrooms and two living room with TVs, The house accommodates 10 people comfortably. The house was clean and the owner is very responsive if needed.

Crystal River - Manatees

The home was perfect for our 3 families with 2 grandchildren, (10, 12). Very comfortable and interior clean. We enjoyed the pool and kayaking. Getting in and out of kayaks can be tricky as there is no ladder or kayak launch on the dock. Fortunately we had 3 men available to assist the ladies. This is a great house and we definitely recommend and would consider staying here again. Even though summer is the off season for manatees there were plenty to be seen. We made lots of memories.

Great property, very attentive owners

The house was very nice. On the water, heated pool, and hot tub. We had 2 small issues and the problems were both fixed almost immediately! The beds were all incredibly comfortable kings, awesome master shower. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great home with a pool and canal to fish and kayak. We got a unexpected visit from some manatees that we all enjoyed. Home is very clean and inviting. Definitely plan on staying again when we are in Florida.

Awesome experience!!

We stayed here with a total of 9 people. The house was well equipped with everything needed. Lots of kitchen utensils, water toys, blankets and towels. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and easy access to open water. The wind pushed the grass around the dock some days which got sucked into our jetskis but we were able to manage. The furniture in the home was very comfortable! I do recommend carefully reading the sleeping arrangements if traveling with a house full of adults. The post of the home is accurate but be sure to read the bed sizes and so forth so there are no surprises for the sleeping situations. We did see some manatees around the dock and overall had an awesome time. We would definitely recommend this home!
