Room was unbearably cold upon arrival. Took forever for the heating to turn on when we figured out the settings. Then that was so noisy! Alarm went off at 1.30, no reassurance or apology. Pillows comfortable, bar staff were a little bit miserable when we ordered drinks. We was not made aware of a £50 deposit which was due on arrival, I also emailed ahead of time with no response…

Clean modern room however the bathroom is very small and no real privacy between it and bedroom with doorway right by the bed. No space to put toiletries by the sink. Otherwise the hotel is very well located, clean and secure

It was clear from the reception area and other communal areas that the hotel had recently been spruced up (the noises made by the lift need looking at, however). The room was a very decent size for this area of London at this price. The bed was fine, but the pillows were way too soft for my liking. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We would certainly consider this hotel for a short stay in London in the future.

Very small room with limited space. House keeping knocked 4 times after saying we were ok , barely giving us time to Open the door while in the bathroom. Front reception were friendly and polite and the reception area looked nice and clean so didn’t toilets. Located in good area
