The location is fantastic, staffs are very friendly and helpful, hotel itself is very well maintained as well. Bed is good, room is good & quiet, but the pillows are the worst. Will come back but bring my own pillows.

We enjoyed the hotel. Good value. Location was ok - wish it was closer to shops but it was close to transit etc. Nice amenities like a bar and restaurant which was convenient. Service at the hotel was mediocre - staff at desk and restaurant/bar could use more hospitality training. Rooms good - I wouldn’t book a balcony again as it was too small to be worth it. Overall a good stay and good value for money paid.

VIP service not followed through on had to ask!

The receptionist was lovely however I had to asked for an upgrade and also my free drink so a bit embarrassing. I checked what rooms were available and asked for a particular one. I got an upgrade but not that room.

Love this hotel, highly recommend

I've probably stayed here a few dozen times over the last 7-8 years. It's clean, modern and very convenient as a business traveler. Although its in a less touristy part of town the location is very convenient to get to all areas of London by train or bus and its a short walk to Covent Garden and the West End. The location is also perfect if you are working in or around Temple. The staff is so lovely and helpful and make you feel comfortable when away from home. The rooms are comfortable and even the smallest are well appointed and have everything you need.

Arrived early and the reception staff were very happy to store our luggage and do all of the check-in necessaries so that it was simply a case of collecting the room jkey upon return. On our return they gave us a free upgrade (THANK YOU). The hotel is terrific. Everything and more! Room service was good - a little issue with the menu being an old menu from the QR Code scanned in the room but the staff were incredibly helpful and informed us of the alternative menu which was very impressive. Food was excellent and great service. Will stay again at some point and will definitely be highly recommending the Apex Temple Court Hotel to friends/family. THANK YOU for a great stay.
