It was very nice, quiet and clean! The room was wonderful, you can choose the view you’d like and the room it’s self is really cool with the bed by the window, the LED lights and the blackout curtains. It’s also in a good area where the bus stop is close

The hotel is very nice and up-to-date on new tech stuff. But my iPad that controls the room so after working the second night to turn on the TV and watch any television. Everything else was great though super easy check-in and clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Good location, not great cleanliness

Check in was quick and easy - loved that it was all done via the app. I had an issue with my safe and a member of the maintenance team was there to fix it within 10 minutes, which was so appreciated. All staff members were kind + helpful. A few major issues to note. There was only 1 working lift for the entire hotel - a lot of waiting to get to the room with heavy case. I opted to take the stairs once I had all my belongings. The room was slightly dirty when I arrived, there was hairs on the bed spread + dust on some of the amenities. I managed to clean them off myself, but this was disappointing. The shower curtain was very flimsy and dirty, it did not trap much of the water from the shower so there was water all over the toilet floor. There was no hand/body lotion in the room, the dispenser listed as lotion contained hand soap. Overall a decent stay as a solo traveller for one night but probably won't be back again.
