The hotel did met our expectation being the 4 star it is. Love love love the staff, so amazing, specially that Canadian lady at the reception ( felt bad did not got her name ). Staffs are super accommodating and friendly. The location is superb, it is close to everything. The bed and pillows are soo good ( I can sleep all day on them) the room is clean and love that we we can see Trafalgar Square from our window. It literally is close to everything and that is just superb. The breakfast is 10/10. Food tasted proper 4 star hotel, my pallet was in-love with the breakfast. We cannot wait to go back again and the cherry on top was the upgrade we got for no extra cost. Don’t forget the water refilling stations in the corners are amazing. Overall experience was love it love it love it.

It's literally under the gaze of Nelson's column and a 3 minute walk to the National Gallery from here. It's also only about a 12 minute walk to Buckingham palace...the location is amazing.

Our second visit here - such a wonderful property with great staff. Rooms are plenty big enough and very clean. Plenty of storage space. Great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the underground station. Also super easy to get a cab out front.

This is a lovely hotel steps away from everything! We were able to easily walk to all the sights and there were tons of amazing pubs and restaurants all around. The room was lovely and well appointed and staff were friendly. My one piece of info for fellow travellers is that while they have added a lift at the front for wheelchair and walker access, it is quite difficult to navigate getting luggage up and into the hotel for people not needing that service. I saw quite a few people really struggle with large suitcases trying to get them up the few stairs at the front. Not sure if there is a staff member who can monitor this.

Excellent location to all the attractions. They have a living room for coffee and tea and water. We stayed there for 4 days. And one morning at 6.30 am some stranger opened our door and said sorry. It was scary.
