Such welcoming and attentive staff! Very well maintained hotel, and safe environment. The room was a bit dated, but nothing that affected the cleanliness or comfort of the room/hotel. The area is great, tons of walkable destinations! Throughly enjoyed my time.

Lovely hotel and Amenities. We were traveling as a group of 8 and the library provided us with a place to chat and enjoy coffee together. Had dinner within the hotel and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel is convenient to museums, shopping and restaurants. We walked to most of our sight-seeing stops and took advantage of the convenient tube stop for our other transportation needs. The room was comfortable.

The supplied toiletries were pretty harsh on my skin, the shower didn’t drain properly and street noise facing the street was bad. However they changed my room and it was quiet, the location is great, close to the tube, museums and theatres. Walking along the Thames was beautiful. The rooms are big.
