The hotel is convenient to museums, shopping and restaurants. We walked to most of our sight-seeing stops and took advantage of the convenient tube stop for our other transportation needs. The room was comfortable.

The supplied toiletries were pretty harsh on my skin, the shower didn’t drain properly and street noise facing the street was bad. However they changed my room and it was quiet, the location is great, close to the tube, museums and theatres. Walking along the Thames was beautiful. The rooms are big.

long weekend mid Sept 2025. The hotel is in an ideal location for theaters, shopping, and sightseeing. Our standard room, although not generously sized, was comfortable, featuring a large bed and a spacious shower. However, breakfasts on the three days we ate in the restaurant were often lukewarm, exacerbated by the overly cold air conditioning. We were perhaps unfortunate that one of the two lifts broke down on the first day of our stay, resulting in long waits, packed lifts, and /or resorting to the stairs. The lift had still not been repaired when we left on the morning of the fourth day.

Nice hotel in a central location. It was very easy to get around by either walking or the metro to shop and see the sites. Rooms were comfortable and the lounge where you can get assorted self-serve hot beverages was a lovely feature. Great value!

good but not value for money

Maybe a little out of touch but to pay £475 for a room in a hotel and end up in a basement with bathroom so small the sink is in the bedroom and sited directly below the loading area with bottles and deliveries making it impossible to sleep is not my idea of value for money. Rest of hotel and service very good
