What can I say...the hotel management and staff went above and beyond. They are a credit tobthe hospitality profession. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Check in to check out the Hotel Saint can not be faulted for its service and polite professional service. The breakfast pre paid was plenty but only a few choices. No complaints as it was tasty and excellent 😋 Rooms are spotless and there are all the amenities available as you would expect. Ask for a view of the city .. its awesome. Gym is well equipped and one of the best I have seen at a hotel. All in all I would highly recommend Hotel Saint for location and service which ticks all the boxes and then some. Keep doing what you are doing 👏 👌

What a beautiful, boutique hotel. From our experience with the front desk staff (shout out to Rob for ensuring we had the best view on our first visit to London), the cozy room, excellent restaurant, and friendly greeters each time we walk into the hotel, the Saint Hotel is just perfect. I can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was beautiful but not the best I’ve been too. The bed and pillows are not really comfortable. They were never able to give room service throughout my Whole stay. But the breakfast is amazing and location is great.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel Saint was perfect for my needs. Location superb and within easy access of Liverpool Street. Hotel room was comfy and warm. Bed was delightful. Slept very well. No noise from the traffic or on the corridor. Staff were wonderful. The only thing I can say is there there are no restaurants in the immediate area. Ate in the hotel one night which was pricey. Overall a wonderful experience

This was very conveniently located literally next door to the Aldgate station, and only a few minutes walk away Aldgate East. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall this was a great value for money, and I think is particularly good for people who want to be close to the business center of London.

Great room but too near the constantly used lift

When I checked in, the receptionist was very friendly and compassionate as I had had a very stressful day. The room was immaculate, with cosy lighting, beautifully designed. But I had a room by the lift which was in constant use all night so I didn’t have the best nights sleep.
