The hotel was beautiful but not the best I’ve been too. The bed and pillows are not really comfortable. They were never able to give room service throughout my Whole stay. But the breakfast is amazing and location is great.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel Saint was perfect for my needs. Location superb and within easy access of Liverpool Street. Hotel room was comfy and warm. Bed was delightful. Slept very well. No noise from the traffic or on the corridor. Staff were wonderful. The only thing I can say is there there are no restaurants in the immediate area. Ate in the hotel one night which was pricey. Overall a wonderful experience

This was very conveniently located literally next door to the Aldgate station, and only a few minutes walk away Aldgate East. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall this was a great value for money, and I think is particularly good for people who want to be close to the business center of London.

Great room but too near the constantly used lift

When I checked in, the receptionist was very friendly and compassionate as I had had a very stressful day. The room was immaculate, with cosy lighting, beautifully designed. But I had a room by the lift which was in constant use all night so I didn’t have the best nights sleep.

Love this hotel but lose a point for breakfast

Great location, nice fresh room. Breakfast is nice but cooked breakfast doesn't feel as freshly cooked, and toast/beard is very tough
