The hotel was excellent in every way. Polite and helpful staff, you feel taken care of from beginning to end of your stay. We stayed for three nights and had a small terrace connected to our room. Ellen is a lovely hotel in a very good Kensington location, 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court tube. The staff are so accommodating - particularly Petrolena and Shiek - we never had a wish unfulfilled. The beds are comfy. Nice coffee maker in room. Great pillows. The only thing lacking was the onsite restaurant. The staff were great but the food was meh.
