Good location, comfy bed! If you are allotted the single room, be prepared for a hike up the narrow stairs to the top floor! Staff is cordial andextended all support.

Very small room , cracks on the wall kinda dusty toilet was small but clean someone entered my room at 6 am when i woke up he left , u can hear next door conversations overall horrible

The closeness to Paddington Station. The helpful staff. Not having a lift is the only negative remark to the facility, but the staff was very courteous volunteering to help with my luggage.

The bathroom is very small, in fact too small as you barely have much leg room in the toilet and the tap is under the mirror cupboard which is at an awkward angle but I suppose it's okay when it's a short stay. Decent bed and shower facility though.

Terrible hotel room I have ever had. No Blanket knowing that it was about 2 degree outside. There was only a very thin bed sheet… Heather did not work. The bed mattress was too hard and they were 2 small sized combined in 1 bed with a gap that doesn’t even help to sleep well. On the top of all these I smelled cigarette smoke coming to my room the whole night as the room was in ground level.

Payed £178 for one night Everything was the opposite of what was booked. We had a room given on the too floor with no elavator and the room size ruined everything! It was the size of shed, honestly never again!

The twin room was way too small. They have crammed a double bed and small single bed in there with no room at all to walk around the room. It should only be a double room with an added desk/table. The windows are black with mould and the wood is all falling away. The room was clean but the space lets it down massively

Was fair considering the cost! Cheap and cheerful. My room was on the top floor though; lots of narrow steep stairs, and it was particularly stuffy up there. I think the hotel probably needs to invest in some aircon.
