La habitacion esta extremandamente sucia en especial el baño, el primer dia se contacto a recepción , sin ayuda solo ayudaron después de escalar los reclamos.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly I had an amazing stay over all. The only unpleasant thing was our room not being cleaned when requested by the cleaning crew. Telling front desk we put a do not disturb sign on our door so that’s why they didn’t come in which was never the case.

room had an unpleasant musty smell. Staff was fine
Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by name by the loveliest woman at the desk. She was friendly and helpful. After that, we experienced some issues. We ordered in-room dining one night and it arrived cold. It was expensive to pay for something that was not good. I also filled out my paperwork and paid a 50 pound deposit and by day 2 someone (not our original woman at check in) removed it from our file in the system. It was a big hassle and I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with no one appearing to wait on me or other guests. At the same time another guest was having an issue with a lost item & received poor customer service. Those things combined make me rate the hotel average. I paid for the best suite in the hotel and definitely did not get that level of service. Housekeeping took one of our robes and when I called to have another delivered, they said they would bring it right up and never did. This hotel needs to focus more on details. As a loyal Hilton traveler, it's disheartening to experience this.
Staff was helpful. Room was clean but had some mechanical issues. Hotel was clean. Area around the hotel was very clean. Lots of adequate transportation at the hotel.
