The rooms are nice and the people at this hotel are top tier. Ive been to a lot of hotels but this one went above and beyond when we needed an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances. Without asking, The concierge walked over to the computer to help us find flights when the train was down. I would definitely stay here again.

Went with my wife for for three year anniversary. Really good service and very clean hotel. My only problem was the bed was very firm and the pillows very soft which wasn’t good for my vertigo.

All team members were very friendly and helpful. The electric needs some maintenance as lights flicker, signals grow weak with bandwidth in the room, empty bottled amenwties, etc. The beds truly need a mattress topper for a comfortable stay. A very big deal was that the room was too hot and lacked temp control for cool air.

All the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and even gave us complimentary breakfast. They were really helpful with everything and the room size was amazing (we had a family room). Really convenient for bus to Knightsbridge and rest of Kensington. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The room was very comfortable and the bathtub quite large in comparison to most hotels. The service was impeccable and all the staff we spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night as we were in London to see a show but I would happily return.

Great Hotel.

The only thing that stops me giving 10/10 was due to an issue with the lifts. There was only one lift in the whole hotel working. Which made getting to the room a little bit difficult. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Room upgrade for free was very welcoming. Room was very clean. Spacious, comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. You name it they had it. Everything cooked to perfection. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and all ready booked for my 3rd. Great location.
