Where can I start? This is the Temu of London hotels, overpriced and horrible. First I stayed at a different building adjacent to the so called Judd called the Jenkins. The room is crammed if you have cluster-phobia then beware. It was clean but that was it. The food was mediocre the room was outrageously priced for what it is. Do not go there, they use wide angle pictures for their underwhelming property. I will never be back especially that I paid near $300 for a room for less than 12 hours. Beware these scammers!

The hotel is generally shabby -- scratched paint, worn carpets, etc. My room was in the annex across the street, but I wasn't told that when I bought the room. The mattress was terrible -- a small double (not a big double, much less a queen or king) and bth hard and lumpy with springs. We could barely sleep at all. The breakfast had almost no vegan options (though I requested in advance), though the kind Russian lady at breakfast, unfroze some potato things for us. The people at the front desk were efficient but brusque.

We stayed for 3 nights in a family room in the annexe across the street from the main hotel. It’s situated in a quiet crescent near Euston Station. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, the toiletries were luxurious and housekeeping was very efficient. The complementary breakfast was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

Room was clean but very small for 2 people also being on the third floor wasn’t very good for myself that uses a walking stick. The staff in the breakfast room weren’t very friendly when I asked for something that had been cleared away even though breakfast wasn’t finished it wasn’t 10am or close to it.when i asked to use the coffee machine i was made aware she had just cleaned it.

Hotel is well located, albeit there is a bit of noise from the road and park just outside. Single bed was a little narrow, but the shower was warm and powerful. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Could do with starting at 7, not 7.30 ideally. Breakfast room staff were not at all welcoming and borderline rude. Guy on reception warm and welcoming.

Downstairs room was very cold on arrival due to AC turned way down. A little tired decor and curious floor tiles in the bathroom that were very spongy underfoot. But the hotel was clean, well located and well priced.

The location is excellent, close to Kings Cross station. The room itself is minuscule - no room to turn around, and forget about having two people standing up or moving at the same time.

Check in poor customer service. Completed online check in and that did not work either. Dirty, wet towel left in wardrobe. Coffee machine broken. Air con/heating noisy. Shower temperature control faulty and scalded on cold. Room advertised was not in Judd but another building further away. Lower ground floor room with no soundproofing so when anyone walked on the pavement above it was audible at night. Expected much better, room was unloved and shabby.

The room is adjacent to a large heating/aircon unit. The hotel has many complaints about the constant noise emitting into the room. We had little sleep. The staff were excellent and said that it had been reported to the owners. We were offered 50% refund. Its should have been 100%
