Great room in a great location. Only downside was the room had no utensils (plate/cutlery etc) so eating anything was messy, and the shower was even tinier than you can imagine. Fine if you’re average size or below, but anyone on the bigger side (including big/muscley) would’ve struggled.

A quiet hotel,close to underground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Rooms are small with limited storage space and very small showers so a bit difficult to get around particularly if you are a big person.

The hotel is ideally situated to explore London and very close to the subway Earls Court station. Rooms are small and beds also so if you are tall like me this is a disadvantage but it is acceptable. Room is cleaned daily. Continental breakfast is good value for 10 pounds.

Put in a damp single basement room, moved to a dry single room which had the soil pipe for the entire buliding running through it. Got zero sleep because of people using the toilet through the night

Staff were very nice and accommodating! Housekeeping was prompt and did a great job. They even had staff show us to our room and carry our luggage. Room is smaller than average hotels, however had a great a price and location. Would go again! Thank you to the staff for giving us a memorable vacation.

Excellent value

If you just need somewhere to sleep and affordable I think this place is pretty good. And it is in Kensington you can walk to natural history museum, science museum and Victoria art museum. Lobby is nice, just grab you laptop and do what you need to do. I find it pretty quiet, everybody busy with them self.
