Extremely warm welcome! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that we have ever met in a London hotel. Great location and only 15 minutes on the bus from Kings Cross. Close to everywhere in Shoreditch. Rooftop bar was amazing too. Highly recommend ⭐️

You generally know how good or bad a hotel stay is going to be based on your experience at checking in and this really was at a very high level, the staff who greeted us couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming and that set the tone for the weekend. We had a studio plus room which is fantastic and you can choose whether to have your room cleaned or receive £25 to put towards the bar or food in the restaurant, needless to say we chose the latter because how bad can you room get in a 2 night stay when you are only sleeping in it? We couldn’t access the rooftop bar at our stay as there was a wedding on the evening but the library cocktail bar more than made up for it, that is some bar and the bartenders are amazing. We will definitely be back.

Lovely, comfortable room with great view of the high street. Beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. Staff were so friendly and really made us feel very welcome. The rooftop bar was really good, not cheap, but wasn't expecting it be in central London.

The room and its amenities are fantastic. Great overall. Laundry service was excellent. The bar service was first-rate. The restaurant offers excellent food and service, but I would appreciate the addition of some more standard breakfast options, if possible. The menu is just a bit too challenging

The room was nicely furnished and clean. The location is perfect, so many nice restaurants, cafe and shops around. We werent welcomed by any staff as the hotel has self check-in & check-out, so we didn't receive any information about the hotel and it’s amenities and my hotels.com perk wasn’t offered or explained how to claim it. When we were in process of checking out, the hotel wanted to charge us ‘service charge’ which felt unreasonable as we didn’t interact with any staff until that moment.
