Pros: Okay for families...very child friendly and the staff were nice, professional. Close to Victoria station and other attractions. Cons: Its not very clean though, coffee maker in my room had dust in and all over it. The floor/carpet was not quite clean. Overall: could be better for the price but the staff make up for the deficits with their exceptional sevics

The hotel is located in central London and it is easy to go anywhere from its location. Victoria station is a short 3-5 minute walk up the road where you can catch the overground and underground trains. There are good places to eat nearby and there are stores to buy food, liquor, and miscellaneous items you may need. The staff was very good and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and in very nice condition. I would definitely stay here again if I visited London.
