The friendly and efficient staff were great ambassadors for this hotel. The rooms and public spaces were excellent and well maintained. The area was fairly quiet on an evening as you are away from the main restaurant and bar areas.

Great friendly hotel is a perfect location. Just 5 min walk to Tower of London. The room was nice,clean a spacious with complementary tea, coffee and water. The was large which not only had a shower cubicle but also a full size bath. We had a twin room the beds were nice,big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and perfect for us. If I was to make one negative comment it would be that the quilt on the bed was too heavy for the summer. Although we did have air conditioning it was still hot under the thick quilt. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning

Lovely rooms. Big disappointment to come back to the hotel after the theatre to find the bar shuts at 11pm. It really changed the dynamic of our stay. Breakfast was average, often forgot part of our order. Poached eggs were overcooked.
