A good stay. Front of house staff were very good in taking care of me and offering a drink while I waited for the room to be ready and assistance. None of the VIP perks were available this time and an odd interruption by room service twice which wasn’t requested. Will need to ensure the do not disturb button is pressed next time! Dinner in the grand central was very good, excellent pie 👍

This was such a beautiful amazing hotel. The stars were so lovely and the room was even more beautiful than in the pictures. I loved it and so did the children, we cannot wait to come back.

Booked this hotel a while ago. Realized a month ahead of our visit that we’d swapped the dates around for our trip. Tried working with the hotel to reschedule. They refused to accommodate us even though they had openings the week that we intended to book. We had to book with another hotel and eat the cost of the error. It would be understandable if the error was caught the week before, or there was no availability, or the stay was a low-demand timeframe. However, the week we’d booked was the week of Christmas, we caught the error a month in advance, and there were available rooms the week that we needed to reschedule to: the week of New Years. We pleaded with the staff to reconsider as this would be my family’s first trip to Europe and the hotel was booked for my son’s birthday, but they could not be bothered to be understanding or even compassionate. A hotel this expensive should be more helpful and adaptable.
