Nice location, decent size rooms. Breakfast is mediocre. Surprisingly everything is extra the slippers, late checkout etc. The rooms are clean. The staff is courteous yet not exercising an extra effort to keep guests happy.

The hotel was located right across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum. The hop on hop off bus also stopped right in front of the hotel. Walk out of the hotel turn right and it’s a 13 minute walk to Harrods’, turn left and you find many restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very good I especially enjoyed the High Tea with Champagne. Also their fish and chips. The concierge was fantastic. Booked hop on hop off bus with him. The bell boy was helpful he showed me how to turn on the shower. I spent 4 enjoyable days there. Great location and excellent staff. Josie

Room was too warm and A/C struggled to get it down We stayed at the Rembrandt several times in previous years and I thought the breakfast had become a bit Hilton——self serve coffee in thick cups——from a machine etc

Surprisingly good all round experience. Spacious, recently refurbished room, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Helpful front desk team allowed us to checkin early and the concierge who recommended a nearby restaurant for lunch that turned out to be very good. As instructed we mention the concierges name and this got us a 20% discount- so very happy indeed. Included Breakfast was reasonably enough. Location is really good for anyone visiting London as a tourist.
