I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Everyone was very helpful and always checked to make sure my stay was comfortable. Neil was very helpful with my questions on the local sites and always greeted me when I came in from my journeys or exiting the elevator to begin my day. I will be sure to return.

Overall, a good experience. I was underwhelmed with the first room they tried to give me, 1small window with fire escape view. I insisted on a better room and received it, not an upgrade ,but a hassle. Another small snafu prevents me from giving an excellent although I would stay again.

The location is incredable for tourists. Every staff member is on top of their game and extremely polite and helpful. These is a private spa next door one can use for a nominal fee. Work-out, pool scheduled massage, sauna etc. The food is exceptional for this standard of hotel. A few kick-ups but they are overshadowed by the conveniences. A Ill definately stay there again. Perfect for families!!

Very good hotel in an excellent location

The location of the hotel is excellent, a very nice and convenient area. The hotel staff were very friendly and service minded, the breakfast was very good and the room were clean and of decent size. I have stayed in many different hotels in London, but this was probably the best one. I am looking to my next stay at The Rembrandt.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff at the front desk were. They made us feel welcomed. The room is quite and clean but cam be dusted better. The breakfast experience was not great. The kitchen didn’t accomodate dietary requirements and the kitchen staff refused to offer alternative egg options like omelette. In fact they promised to offer one with a delay but the eggs were never made to accommodate the dietary needs.

The Rembrandt

The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt.

There are better options around. The a/c didn’t work properly day 1 and they tell us just to open the window until the next day maintenance can check the a/c… was LOUD outside… Then after when we complain the customer service wasn’t helpful and even tell us that we were lying… Anyway, spend your money somewhere better…
