We had a lovely greeting on arrival. We were upgraded room wise so we could go straight to the room. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the complimentary breakfast was superb, setting us up for the day. Would definitely recommend and go back there.

Loved this place! Wonderful breakfast every morning, clean, quiet rooms, and the staff are absolutely impeccable. Location wise- Close to Victoria Station, lots of restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby. Very quaint area on the Pimlico Grid. I will most certainly be back.

Our room was ready early. The Welcome we got was excellent. There were three of us in one room and it was plenty big enough. It was spotlessly clean and the towels were thick and fluffy.
