"The service at the front desk was good. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and the overall atmosphere felt stuffy. The fitness room is outdated and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly."

"The rooms was nice as well as the cleanliness level. However, the key did not work to the lock when I returned late and it took almost an hour to get the door open. Also, the roof & likely the walls are like paper - other customers from upstairs started making noises 6.30am and I couldn't sleep after. I could even hear every word of the discussion.. even though the customers were very loud, it is not normal to hear everything and that front desk said they cannot do anything (not even ask them to be more quiet). The breakfast was ok, but quality & quantity rather poor "
