Great location, and the stay should have been great, but the hotel service was mediocre. The toilet in the bathroom alternated between running constantly and not having any water to flush. We had to put in multiple service requests during a three day stay. Each time we had to physically go down to the desk in person, because no one answered the phone, when we tried calling (several times) Also our keys randomly stopped working during our stay and we had we had to go back downstairs, then wait in line, to get the keys fixed. Nothing terrible — all minor things, service was mediocre.

Great choice for a mid-range hotel. Only two blocks from the metro, across the street from large grocery store, and walkable to many shops and cafe. Allow 15-20 minutes to get to Chiado. Staff was very courteous and wifi fast. Only critique is that it would be nice to have USB charging ports in the rooms.

Clean and beautiful accommodation

It is a very good, clean and beautiful hotel, located in a very good neighborhood. There is a grocery store on the opposite side of the hotel, which is very convenient. The only thing i wouod comment on is that they charge you for the drinks you use from the mini fridge in your room. It is not written anywhere and it was a total surprise to us. Other than that, highly recommend.
