Wonderful hotel steps from the Tower of London

Hotel was well appointed, staff was attentive and a great help. The room accommodated my 3-person family perfectly. It was exceptionally hot on our arrival day and the A/C could not keep up, hence the 4 for comfort. They did come and attempt some maintenance but it never got under 26 in the room on the first night, but thankfully the heat broke overnight and it was comfortable for the rest of our stay. Great location - Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Globe and Borough Market all in easy walking distance. Next door to St Olaf’s. Tower Pier access to Uber boat was great for our day spent in Greenwich. Don’t miss St Dunstan in the East Church Garden a couple blocks away. The Fish and Chips at Hung, Drawn, and Quartered right up the street were highly recommended by a current resident and did not disappoint…

What a lovely hotel

My wife and daughter stayed for one night at this hotel for a belated birthday treat and had a fantastic time. The staff were so kind to my daughter and they were both treated like royalty from check-in till checkout. The breakfasts looked amazing too!

The hotel charged me an extra night for a late check in. Upon noticing this error, a refund was made to the incorrect card and as such, no credit was issued. The issue has still not been resolved. I am awaiting a response from the hotel staff still!

Great location. Staff very friendly very helpful. My trip got canceled and I was able to get another night and they did not gouge me. Good restaurants around nice café at the corner where I had my cappuccino every morning.

Very friendly reception, upgraded us without us asking . Very comfortable rooms with large bathrooms and lovely toiletries. We did not dine in but had a drink in the bar where the very attentive maitre d boosted the air con when he saw me fanning myself . Location was superb too; less than 5 minutes walk from the tube

Weekend break
