Loved the location of the hotel so near kings cross st. Pancras. We were on the train a lot so it was an easy walk. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel staff was always helpful!

The property is located in the heart of the city. You can walk to the port and the restaurants. Brand new , clean, cozy and updated,
The beds were fine, but the room had a strange smell. The walls were covered in holes and there was barely ever someone at reception. Additionally the windows didnt have locks nor did the toilet.

It certainly provides for a place to stay but we weren’t excited to go back to it after being tourists in London. It was dated and could have used some improvements but it provided the bare minimum of what we needed for an economical place to stay. The staff was responsive and efficient and there was no shortage of guests coming in and out so they remain successful. We would not choose to stay here again unless it was the only choice within our price range.
This is a nice little London hotel, quite typical of many smaller independent hotels in the busy area of King's Cross. The room was small but clean, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was good. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided and the window could be opened. It would have been nice if a small fridge was provided but the size of the room didn't allow for this. There was no ice machine at the hotel so no way to keep any food or drinks cold. The hotel is very well located with lots of places to eat, little shops, bike rental, and bars nearby. It's less than a 10 minute walk to King's Cross and St. Pancras train stations. The staff were wonderful and they will allow you to store your bags the day of arrival until your room is ready for check-in. Top marks for convenient location, friendly staff and cleanliness.

Bad nights sleep.
Perfect location for what we wanted but the only downside to this hotel was the bed. Half of the bed was broken so was very uncomfortable and bed was small and not a double
Lovely stay cheap for the area and was clean. Would recommend people to stay here if they want a cheap central hotel

Well it was ok as far as stays go.
We stayed in the basement room. The carpet could do with replacing. The mirror was water damaged .The shower was pretty good but the door didnt fully close so water flooded the room. The TV was the size of a postcard which made us laugh. No lock on the bathroom door.
Room above me sounded like they were doing the cha-cha-cha at 5 am and neighbouring room had someone singing, loudly, at just after midnight. Unkown if they do breakfast as the unfriendly person who checked me in said little more than my room number and that it was on the second floor. Room was clean - except thick layer of dust on picture frame. Bed was comfortable but mattress may be a little firm for some.
Third time we have stayed at the Arriva Hotel. Always found it clean with comfortable bed and good shower. Staff friendly and approachable. Perfect for Kings Cross/St Pancreas. Good that it has a lift! Perfect for stop over. Good price for the area. Recommended.
Room was old/tired and in need of serious improvement. Ben linen was clean, but everything else was grotty. Tiny room & bathroom. BT phone on wall was probably bright white 30years ago, now all yellow. Probs 30 years since room last decorated! £160 for night was way too expensive!
