Great location- underwhelming room.

Beautiful building and idea central location however i found the room underwhelming! Dark furniture, old single sofa with no finishing touches. The bed however was extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen. For the money breakfast should be included (additional £28 per person per day).

Perfect location. We were there for one week and took the tube only twice. We were Able to walk to Trafalgar square in less than two minutes to visit the national museum and the portrait museum. A 10 minute walk to buckingham palace and the London Eye; 10 minute walk to Piccadilly; 20 minute walk to science and National history museum and British museum. Breakfast good but a bit pricey for 28 pounds. Staff very very nice and helpful. Reponded to requests within minutes Going in February we got really good prices

Great hotel in good location

Comfy beds with the best pillows ive ever used, had to look for them to tey and buy for home. Breakfast was lovely fresh quality hot food with lots of choice. Staff were lovely all really kind and attentive. Room was nice no complaints other than snacks in similar priced hotels are usually included or at least a bag of crisps, for same price weve had chocolates or even brownies as an additional. Shampoo and conditioner was good quality. Overall would recomend. Great location and lovely stay xx

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring London. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had plenty of options. Only small downsides were that the room decor is a bit dated as noted by other reviews, particularly in the bathrooms, and the breakfast space is too small for the number of people there on the weekends. I'd encourage the hotel to consider additional seating spaces on those days such as allowing guests to take their breakfast into the Club Room. Overall, a great stay, and we would happily return!

Nice property. Well located. The only issue is that being close to trafalgar square ( 50 meters) it is particularly super noisy because of the political protests. ( of all kind, everyday)
