Terrible, we were already travelling down to London when after 3 emails & phone calls I was informed our apartment building was closed due to BED BUGS!!! Absolutely ruined our 3 night break as we were offered a far inferior apartment way away from our friends apartment in Fitrovia. I felt obliged to accept the offered accomodation otherwise I may have had no where to stay!! Absolutely terrible service from Hotels.com. Apartment was small, 1 small bed, tiny kitchen, not enough sockets, plug sockets sparked fusing all the sockets, altogether a terrible experience!!

The apartment is quite spacious and the kitchen and bathroom are almost new. There is a Tesco Express less than a 5-minute walk away and a nice cafe for coffees. Only a 10-minute walk to Oxford Circus. The apartment is let down by quite shabby furniture, in fact the sofa-bed was all but unusable. Also the lift is out of order as was the wifi when we stayed. Footstep noise from the apartment above is also quite loud. Having said that, it is in a lovely and very handy area and some new furniture would give this unit at least 4 stars.

I liked how bright the apartment was. It was close to the subway and it was walkable.
I didn't like that the elevator doesn't work, and apparently it won't be fixed. So it's impossible to be there if you're a person with mobility disabilities. Unfortunately, they don't give information about how many floors the building has, so you won't know how difficult it will be for you to access your unit.
Perfect appartment with everything you need!
But after check-out at 10am the luggage could not be stored …. We had to organize another place for storing our luggage.
This was a good property for the price point. The unit was located in a really great spot, a close walk to many major sightseeing spots. There were a few downsides. The pullout sofa bed was awful, bent in the middle, creaky, and uncomfortable. The unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but only had a washer… our clothes are current hanging out to dry at our next hotel. The lock on the bathroom window was broken and we couldn’t lock it (safety concern). The furniture was worn and peeling. Overall, for the price point it is worth the money.

The property is located in a great area and walkable to a lot. We had to relocate to a hotel after a few nights because of a bed bug issue. We had been assured by property management that the issue had been resolved and we didn't cancel our stay but clearly the issue has not been resolved despite their efforts!
Awesome location close to metro and major shopping areas. Multiple restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean. The stairs leading to the apartment have been through a lot and need some work.
Loud building. We heard people talking and movement at all hours of the night. The shower was broken and had water all over the bathroom. We used all the towels cleaning it up and management wouldn’t provide new towels without a fee. Flies in backyard due to a broken sewer pipe. Mold in back bedroom due to leaky back door. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people. The area is great. I wish they took better care of the property.

A convenient property close to the heart of the city. Spacious apartment for us a family of four. All the amenities one could need to create a base in London.
I booked an apartment with a terrace and was given one without it. With no real closure on the issue when I raised it. So do confirm the apartment you are booking is the one you’re getting. Aside from this they were were easy to connect to for anything required.
This experience was probably the worst of all my travel experience. I woke up with a ton of bedbug bites. On my left hand alone between my palm and top of my hand I had 15 bites and my left hand 13 bites. Throughout my whole body I had well over a hundred bites. I looked horrible because they were red, swollen and by the third day they were ozzing liquid. I contacted the management to request a different unit, and they just informed me they were fully booked and I should contact the agency that I booked with. NO Apologies or actions to help with the situation. I did reach out to Expedia to let them know what's going on, and when they contacted the management and they flatly refused to help or give a refund. On the third day I woke up and found 3 huge bedbugs in my bed along with blood stains. Turns out I had squashed some of the bedbugs while sleeping, and since they were bloated with my blood they popped. I also found many more live ones on the couch. To be honest I did read 1 review mentioning bedbugs, but I thought it was a 1 off case and they probably took care of it. This was months before my experience. Later I found more reviews mentioning bedbugs not only on Expedia but other sites with photos. I have photos but Expedia doesn't have an area I can load them. 2 weeks later I'm still itching, and I can't even take photos on my vacation because some of the bites are on my face and it's swollen and looks awful. This has ruined my trip. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4.
The location is amazing, walking distance from everything; I would definitely stay here again.
