The hotel was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable, the property and decor are stunning, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and attentive. The cocktail bar is particularly terrific, with ton of creative, well-made and delicious drinks in the menu. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, but breakfast was excellent. The rooms can be a little tight - that’s London - but who wants to be in them anyway? In any event, they are beautifully decorated, with spacious immaculate washrooms, and fantastic beds and linens. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean and lovely, the staff were very good, and the cocktail bar was good. My only snag was the shower being in the bath ie need to crouch under. This is a problem that comes up in a lot of hotels, please just have a walk in shower. Apart from that nit picking I would highly recommend this hotel.
