A decent but a little tired around the edges

The location is great, close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs etc. High Street Kensington tube is the easiest to get to, a 10min walk down the road. Holland park is only a 5min walk. The hotel itself is ok. For a Hilton, it is a little tired. The room we had on the 2nd floor was basic in facilities. The size of the television was way too large for the room size, just not necessary. A comfortable bed and bedding, the pillows were possibly on the too soft side but that's just my preference. The bathroom was a good size and spotless and really good shampoo and conditioner which is a big plus for us women! Being a Hilton, i would have liked to have seen a mini fridge, maybe some complimentary biscuits or cookies which you do find in many other standard hotels nowadays.

Arrived at 12 noon and my room was ready so I got checked in early which was a massive help. Hotel is in a great location with Kensington Olympia station 2 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet had loads of choice, room was a decent size , friendly helpful staff. I would defiantly stay here again.

My room was clean everyday. The shower were incredible. Good pressure and hot water. Business center is professional and helpful. Help me get around and hold my luggage until I checked in. Clean Room, Can’t Complain

Was there for a business trip. Stayed at a king premium room. Pretty spacious. Towels are replaced and bed is made daily. The towels and bathrobe had this slight unpleasant smell but otherwise they felt clean. Room service menu is limited but 24/7. The gym has a dumbbell set and three thread mills.

Upon checking in there were not enough agents to deal with the number of guests checking in. There is no doorman or anyone to help you with your bags. The lifts let you off on one level, but our room was up a few steps. There were not enough towels in our room, the television was not working, and one of the twin beds was not made up. Although all of that was sorted out in the end, those things should have been in place without having to call reception for help.
