Beautiful room with great view over the London City. Very quiet and spacious. Nice coffee machine with selection of coffees. The only negative was the looked entrance doors after 10pm. If you did not check in there could be quite a wait for someone to open the door despite reception overlooking glass entrance door. Overall I would recommend.

Friendly welcome from the staff when we arrived and when we left our bag in the luggage room on the final day. The room was clean and the facilities were great, meaning we could make breakfast for the family in the room. The hotel was well located for central London exploration. The room temperature was stuck at 19° and couldn’t be lowered which made the room really stuffy. Especially given that the window only opened a sliver. The bathroom while clean had a strong cherry scent mixed with stale water which again in addition to a stuffy room, made for an unpleasant experience. Both check in and check out were weird as there was someone at the desk but both times I was asked to use the tablet. Location was good. Overall it was fine but won’t be back.

The location was amazing, close to the tube and walking distance to the London eye and Big Ben! Theres also a little grocery store next door which I ended up going to daily for little things lol it was perfect! Staff at the hotel were so friendly

The room was very good. The front end clerk Oksana was helpful to us when we arrived. When it came time to doing my laundry the supermarket gave me a hard time when I tried to do a currency exchange, so Oksana helped me out. The stay itself was well worth it.
