Great location for exploring Battersea park and power station. Great spacious room with separate lounge and two bathrooms. Good pool which is great for kids and sauna/steam for adults. Would stay again.

All staff were good and served us efficiently. The facilities were very good as was the provision for breakfast which offered a wide choice to guests. Also, a fault with our shower was remedied very quickly once reported to reception staff. Very satisfied with our stay.

Comfortable stay but furniture in room tired particularly old leather sofa which looked dirty and stains on rug. Some hairs in bathroom and glasses in bedroom not fully clean. Otherwise very comfortable stay with no other complaints. Great location close to Chelsea and the Battersea Power Station.

Had another fantastic stay at the hotel which is our go to place when visiting Battersea. We have already stayed twice this year. 😊 The only thing I would say is that the breakfast does let it down a bit, in particular the hot drinks which are never hot enough. I appreciate you can always ask for a specific coffee but even they aren’t hot! We actually chose to not pay for the breakfast this time and went out to grab something. Otherwise always lovely.

Lovely room and facilities but the cherry s don’t close properly which when overlooking a busy railway was a bit annoying. Also no bedside socket for phone - apart from that great place to spend a couple of days
