Another delightful stay at this wonderful hotel. Such great service and such a great, convenient location. The tube stop is right around the corner, along with lots of restaurants and amenities, though the hotel restaurant itself is terrific. I highly recommend this place!

Really nice room. Great breakfast and great location. Walking distance to Kensington palace. The underground is right around the corner. You can take the Piccadilly line right from Heathrow to the hotel. I wish Expedia told me that. I could have saved $50

The room was too hot and the heating could not be turned down, and I mean it was seriously oppressively hot, window would not open. Breakfast was food and the service was excellent. The room was a little tired with old fashioned plug sockets but overall not a bad stay

The hotel is very far from 4 star hotel standard. The hallway is very very narrow, it's a safety issue. To get into our room, we have to pass at least four doors in such narrow hallways that don't meet safety standard. The room is very outdated, super small, carpet is dirty, cabinets are broken. We stayed in a two twin bed room, one bed is against the wall, no electrical outlet near the bed. The whole room only has two electrical outlets that's at the bottom near the floor, far from the bed. The TV is on the table covering half of the mirror. Hair dryer is broken, no slippers until we requested it. Bathroom amenities dispensers could not pumped out the shampoo, soap and conditioner properly. Very disappointing stay. It's similar to a two star motel quality.

It was very tired. Very small room. Dark gloomy colours. The corridors were a maze. Staff were fine though not particularly friendly. Bar was fine too. Normally The Radisson Blu is a great chain - certainly wouldn’t return to this one.
