I travel regularly for work and also stay in London regularly. This has to be one of the worse hotels I have stayed in. Granted this was a last minute booking however. Check in was good no issue. The room however was tiny (I can forego that as in London) but it was disgusting, the carpet was filthy tired and discoloured, because the room was so small it looked like around the bed hadn't seen been cleaned for the last 2 years. The bathroom again was tiny (again London so will not make it the issue) was disgusting, the shower itself was filthy with mould. No plus sockets near the bed, however moving the bedside table showed to try and find a socket showed the colour the carpet should be. What's worse is that I spent the whole night being bitten to shreds buy either bedbugs or fleas. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! There are better value and ones which don't have to come with a health risk!!!!

Not the usual standard ofna Raddison prob due to the age of the building but did the job and was super convenient for our show at the Royal Albert Hall. Staff were friendly and breakfast great. Room a little tired and basic for the price. Also struggled to get the temperature right. Overall it was ok.

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The reception area is poorly laid out and it isn’t clear where to go. Staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. The hotel is a maze of stairways with no clear signage. My room smelt of drains and was tired and dirty. There was no remote for the tv. I had to ask twice for one to be provided. For what I paid for this room and with the brand I expected better. It is handy for the tube. That is about it.

Lift is very small and slow. There was renovation going on which made it hard to move around the very narrow hallways from lift to room. It's not very clean for the star rating of this hotel (might be due to the renovation going on but still should have been a bit cleaner) as there were garbage along hallways (from the staff themselves). Front staff were not very friendly (very stuck up for whatever reason), however, other staff members such as housekeeping, maintenance, etc were very nice and helpful. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Hassle getting checked in. Then a room next to a fire door. All night hearing it banging shut. A leak from the bathroom into the bedroom causing a wet carpet. When saying something about it to the reception lady being met with a bockstandard "I will make a note". But clearly she could not give a damn. Last time at Radisson if we can help it.
