Hotel is located on a beautiful block just a short walk from Paddington Station. Lots of restaurants around and easy to get to other parts pf London. Room was cozy, but being on the ground floor we heard EVERYTHING above us. If you want a late checkout, it will cost you and even after confirming it on check-in, they still set off an alarm at noon and called my room at 12:30 on the day of checkout to verify.
This is a wonderful hotel not too far from Paddington Station but, not in the thick of the commercial commotion. It is on a quiet street, treed and just nice. The staff here are wonderful, very eager to ensure you are happy with your stay. I would suggest that guests aim for the Junior Suites as ooposed to Executive King, or stay on floors 1, 2, or 3, The 5 th floor floors are very squeeky and if you stay on the 4th floor, you will hear them. We stayed at this hotel off and on over the course of two weeks. We would stay again on future visits to London.
Luxury boutique hotel in a perfect location for Hyde Park and Paddington station access.

Great location and friendly helpful staff.
While the staff and the location were excellent, the hotel is tired. The carpeting looked worn and dirty, both in the hallways as well as in the rooms. The hair dryer could not be plugged in the bathroom and an outlet by the bed had to be used. Generally speaking, the hotel needs a refresh.
This hotel is a fabulous little gem just 5-minute’s walk from both Paddington Station and beautiful Hyde Park. Excellent location. The rooms are elegant and charming. Staff is super friendly and personally attentive to our every need. We LOVED this hotel and will most certainly go back the next time we’re in London.
Easy to find from Paddington Station. Has ac, which is a plus. Television did not work properly and the picture was too pixelated to be watchable. The lift is also being renovated so you have to use the stairs, but staff is happy to assist you with your bags.
Please note! If you're driving here - and they have some parking available - make sure you use a parking app (Your Parking, Just Park, etc.) well in advance. You'll be expected to do this on arrival if not or FA e a hefty £50 a night parking fee.
That was probably my only annoyance. Otherwise the staff so go out their way to make you feel welcome, and while I couldn't call the service superior, it was good and the staff are friendly.
Hotel is located close to almost anything you'll need (restaurantss, shops, bars) and even some interesting tourist spots - like Hyde Park and the River Thames.
Not much to complain about but the only thing I'll perhaps return to for another stay is their accommodation of pets and availability (not guaranteed) of on-site parking.
They gave us the Garden view room, it was at the basement the worst room without view I don’t understand why they name the room the Garden view. A lot of noise. You can hear all the noise. First day we woke up at 6am with the noise of the mowing machine and the noise of the steps. I will not recommend it.
This hotel is close to Paddington Station which is great to access Heathrow Express train services and the London tube station. Also very close to Hyde Park which was great.
The hotel reception staff are friendly enough...check in seemed to take some time.
The rooms are quaint but small for 2 people. I was travelling by myself so it wasn't an issue but if you had two or more cases it would be a squeeze.
There was no hot water when I had a shower around 9.30am but there had been at night and there was the next morning when I had an earlier shower. There is a bath in the room which was nice.
Watch out for "discretionary" services charges in the UK now. This hotel added a service charge plus a large 8 pound "discretionary charge" to my tab when I had 1 drink in the restaurant bar. Upon check out I questioned it and it was removed.
I was also asked to pay an undisclosed fee towards "hotel upkeep and maintenance" upon check out. I declined this as well.
Overall it was comfortable and convenient but it was at the higher end of rates for that area.

Walls are thin, had a group of loud people in the room next me making it difficult to sleep.
At night I kept hearing a loud click click noise that sounds like plates in a restaurant, this went on into the early hours . The following day I had 9 hours in planes and airports and needed a decent night's sleep but only slept maybe 4 interrupted hours.
The next morning I went to the lobby and asked about the click click noise they looked at me as if they knew nothing about it
It may have been the elevator.
This was the second time we stayed here in the last 2 weeks. The room we have is ok but not large. (Not on the same par as the last stay) It had a window that is small so it feels claustrophobic. It’s an executive king room. There is no lift to the floor so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs.
