Lovely historical home with great art. The location is close to Paddington, very convenient. The staff were very friendly and even insisted I take an umbrella which turned out very handy. The building is older so you hear some stairs creaking but nothing terrible and did not impact sleep.

Some confusion was had between the two staff members regarding a “complimentary” upgrade vs paying for one and of course we had to pay for what was stated to be complimentary.
