The Thames suite, advertised by the hotel website as offering “a panoramic view of Thames River” offers no view. When you ask the receptionist, they confirm that they have not a single room with a river view. This is of course fraudulent PR.

The hotel has big comfortable rooms, mini bar is included, breakfast was very tasty. The services at check in and check out are not suitable for a 5 stars hotel. When I arrived, there was no one, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come. At check out I asked to check out at 13 because I had booked a treatment at the spa, the personal that was at reception the day before told me there is ok, on the day of the departure they told me its impossible so I had to leave the hotel full of massage oil. By the way the tell you that you have 15% percent at the spa treatments but they add you service charge and you arrive at the same price. Overall the hotel is nice but they have to be more careful with this things.

This property is a wonderful find. Location to the hospital was our original reason for choosing but with the Thames and Tower Bridge literally around the corner, it’s ideal for visitors for every reason Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Room and facilities exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and our room was very clean, smelled good, and had great bedding and linens. The staff were friendly and quiet. The hotel felt warm and inviting and we looked forward to leaving the hotel and being a short stroll to the river. This hotel feels far from some of the other sites but it was a welcome retreat for us annd felt safe to walk to even later in the evening. It was easy to grab bus or subways a short distance away as well.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect, not only for our necessary trip to Guys but with Tower Bridge literally right behind through the Duchess Walkway, it was perfect for downtime, great restaurants and attractions. Cannot praise the staff at the hotel enough. The facilities at the hotel were first class and definitely 5⭐️
