They stay I had here was horrific lost my bags as soon as I got there staff insulted me when I told them about it they lost my newborns Mike had to get up at 6.30am to go get milk for my new born horrific stay would not recommend these people hotels nice but staff are atrocious

From the moment we checked in, we had a wonderful experience. Staff were very accomdating for our family of four. The staff provided attention and care when one of our kiddos got sick. We appreciated the size of the family room and the cleanliness of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and loved that it was so close to the tube.
