I was extremely disappointed to arrive in London and find that my reservation had been cancelled just one day before check-in, with no phone call or proper notice. The hotel reassigned me to another property without asking, even though I specifically chose this hotel for its location and spa facilities.
It appears the cancellation was due to my service dog, which I found concerning and discriminatory. This was an extremely upsetting experience and reflects poor guest communication and handling of reservations.
