We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, who knew we had dtayed before, met our request for a high floor and confirmed we had a room upgrade. Excellent! The hotel is beautiful hence our return. Our room was large, clean, warm with comfortable bed and most things ypu would expect from a 5 star except a stocked mini bar. We had lovely drinks in the champagne bar and our waitress was lovely. We had room service, which whilst was expensive, came within the allotted time and was tasty. Unfortunately we had a rude family with young children racing up and down the corridor until gone midnight and the acoustics into the main palm court area are weak so you cant sleep until the dinner service has completed. The last time was stayed we faced the roadwhich was strangely quieter and we didnt have other rude guests disturbing our sleep.

Flawless service. Fantastic staff. Hotel vibe outs the most chilled out of any of the top London hotels. Mirror bar sells some of the best cocktails in London. Hickory, Smokey Old Fashion is the best I’ve had anywhere.
