I was extremely disappointed to arrive in London and find that my reservation had been cancelled just one day before check-in, with no phone call or proper notice. The hotel reassigned me to another property without asking, even though I specifically chose this hotel for its location and spa facilities. It appears the cancellation was due to my service dog, which I found concerning and discriminatory. This was an extremely upsetting experience and reflects poor guest communication and handling of reservations.

Spectacular hotel, just WOW!

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, the choice,quality and service outstanding! ALL of the hotel was very very clean not a smudge anywhere. Fantastic location Station just across the road.

I’m a regular at the Landmark but this is the first time I had a room upgrade. The suite was very impressive so I enjoyed my stay even more than usual. Dinner in the winter garden never disappoints either. Great staff, great hotel, will be back again soon!

I have stayed at the Landmark since 2008 with various family members. In the past found it to be amazing. Unfortunately not this trip. Reserved a king size bed, my husband is 6.4 and I have 5.9 a queen doesnt work well. After an unfortunate night, the kettle in the room did not work so no tea. Then a bath, to find the hand shower does not work either. This hotel used to have individual White Company products which if you did not use could take home. It was a nice little added perk. Understanding that it is environmentally friendly pity a 5 star hotel doesnt still provide the extra. The bean counters must be shaving...The hotel is looking "tired" in places. Mirror bar was good with excellent service, thanks to the staff.The lifts stop at every single floor with all the guests remarking on it. Just as well its only 6 stories. It is really a shame to have had this experience as I have been loyal to the Landmark for years.

bathroom shower was terrible , very old, toilet didn't flush and shower was clogged ; they charges 60 pounds for roll away ; they were suppose to get back to me to reverse charges possibly and they never did
