Best hotel ever!!

This hotel is AMAZING! It’s a 140-year old building with an incredible history, but it has been well cared for. The staff are all SO kind and helpful, the bed was crazy comfortable, and it’s very quiet and cozy (with the exception of London street noise outside)!! It is located in the middle of a LOT of tourist attractions within walking distance and is also close to the underground. The halls are narrow compared to American hotels and the room and bathroom are small, but Americans are space-spoiled. We had no trouble with this at all! This was my first trip ever to anywhere in Europe and they made it perfect!! I pray we get to come back someday, and the only reason I might have to stay somewhere else would be to experience a different part of London. But the Royal Horseguards is absolutely TOP NOTCH!

I absolutely luv this classy quaint hotel. Our doorman is the best! The beds are cosy & nice. The rooms are very clean & tidy. The expresso is amazing. The bar is fun. The staff is the best, too. Thank you.

Location, location, location! You just can't go wrong with this place. Driving or doing ride-share is not as easy as we have in the States. When you can walk to all the touristy places - that's the key and this place is just perfect for first-time London visits.

Beautiful place. And the bed made me feel like I couldn’t feel my body. Wonderful bed. Some of the service was a bit lacking: staff not hailing cabs, giving drivers our destination, closing the cab doors.

The Royal Horseguards Hotel was in a great location close to Trafalgar Square , The British Gallery and Whitehall and a comfortable walk to the City of Westminster and Buckingham Palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very much at home during our stay.

I cannot believe how fortunate I was to have selected this hotel—it has everything one could want with visiting a city: - A breakfast buffet (it’s worth the added expense) - Beautiful building (with an incredible history) - Close to a metro system (The Tube!) - Walking distance to several locales (too long to mention) - And just fantastic service (a towel warmer?!!) If I am lucky to visit London a second time, THE ROYAL HORSEGUARDS HOTEL will be now my home away from home.
