Good breakfast options. Like most in London these are tall skinny buildings with lots of stairs but it does have a lift. Small rooms but serviced it's purpose with 3 twin beds for us. Beds were comfy. Small amount of walkroom around the beds. Very close to the Earls Court underground tube so definitely a plus. Stores and some eateries around the area in walking distance. Would recommend as good hotel option.

I liked the hotel overall. The breakfast was very good, the location great, etc. My only problem was the room size, it was tiny, with no place to put my things. The closet, such as it was, had 2 hangers. In their defense, I knew it was a “single”but, really, I could barely turn around. And I am not large.

Breakfast was included and was a great selection. I felt it set me up for the day however, we struggled for a table on more than one occasion due to the limited amount of tables. It also got quite busy at times so there were limited food available. I left with a sore throat at the end of my trip due to the air conditioning coming on during the night when I was sleeping. I’m unfortunately blaming the dust left on the back of the tv and the tv remote.

The Trebovir Hotel was clean and tidy and well decorated. The rooms were good, beds comfortable, bathroom and shower nice, and the air conditioning functioned well. Breakfast options were a little limited, but there was something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I am a female of African descent, and I had an unfortunate experience of racial discrimination with the receptionist today. I was asked to verify my room and provide identification when I returned to the hotel in the evening after check-in earlier today. Immediately after this event, two female of Caucasian descent, walk in and were not asked to verify their room or provide identification. There’s absolutely no reason for guests to be treated differently based on race. On top of everything, The rooms are so small, the bed so uncomfortable that my back hurt after just one night, the bathroom is so small that you can’t bend down or shampoo your hair without hurting yourself.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was great. We enjoyed breakfast and the staff were great. Nicely located hotel, easy to reach good food and transport services. While the family room is very small / tight space, this was to be expected so we had no problem with that. There was a couple of mixed feelings with the service by the front desk, but that is minor compared to the rest of the positives.

I like the fact that the underground for Earl’s Court was just around the corner. At night, the area felt unsafe. The facility was ok - bathroom was not very good, and facility looked a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple, but good. I would probably not stay there again.
