This is a special place to stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is great, easy to get transport around London. Rooms were luxury, some lovely complimentary touches. Restaurant and cocktail bar were excellent. Lovely views from the rooftop bar.

A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Charm

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vintry & Mercer, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel perfectly blends luxury with coziness, offering a truly unique atmosphere that made me feel both pampered and at home. From the moment I arrived, the service was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. Every little detail was taken care of, from the personalized postcard welcoming us to the complimentary umbrella to use while out exploring the city. The room itself was fantastic – comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The modern yet vintage aesthetic gave it character, with thoughtful touches like a vintage radio and an old-fashioned landline phone that added to the charm. The fully stocked fridge and snack bar were a nice bonus. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were also top-notch, offering a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Speaking of which, the location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the underground and right across the bridge from Borough Market, it was perfectly situated for exploring the best of London. For the level of service, comfort, and luxury provided, I would say the value was exceptional. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend Vintry & Mercer to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in London.

Loved the charm and comfort of this hotel. We were able to check in early after a long international flight. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our complimentary champagne at the hotel bar and continued to visit both bars at the end of our days of sightseeing and exploring. Great location and a lovely experience start to finish!
