Perfect location for exploring Vancouver, very clean and comfortable. Our room had beautiful view. Food and drink are expensive but multiple great food options right outside hotel. Staff very friendly and obliging. This was our second stay. We would definitely stay here again

Staff was terrible, it seem they were not happy to received tourists during the spring break. Of 4 interactions I have all of them we rude and short. The elevators were broken, we were force to take the service elevator, I did a couple of trips with the garbage. Laundry wasent working, so no robes ...
