This is as good as any more expensive hotel. Clean, well equipped, and the l Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I like the fact that staying there helps others. I needed that laundry and that was a real perk!

Staff was really friendly, the room was clean and organized. Check in and out was fast and easy! The location was great as well since it is close to downtown without being too busy. Highly recommend! I will be back to this hotel for my next stay in Vancouver!

Stayed here for two nights, I booked a room with a private bathroom. Room was clean and bright, I had a lovely balcony with greenery for my view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great price and a great location. You can walk to all the fun things. I loved the toiletries provided, an Indigenous owned company and they smelled amazing.
