We paid for suite facing the water for premium price. Sofa bed is horrible, basically sleeping on metal springs. Spend more then 20 minutes at front desk unable to resolve or give us another room. Will never return. Worst manager

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back. This hotel would be great if you aren’t driving as it is right beside the skytrain. The downfalls are the parking for the hotel is a pretty far walk, the elevator broke with us in it for like 5 minutes and nobody answered the emergency call button in the elevator luckily it eventually figured itself out and the pool was quite nice with a waterslide for the kids but the pool was freezing.
