We were so disappointed to find out that we had to walk so far from our car park to the entrance of the hotel. There should be a shuttle system or golf carts available. I also booked a king size bed and was given a queen but told it was an upgrade. We certainly weren’t blown away at all by the experience. The new Gordon Ramsay restaurant was great though.

Terrible experience at River Rock

Stayed in many other hotels on this specific trip. All got impressive reviews. This by far is a horrible hotel. Wish i coupd go back and stay elsewhere. If you have any standards at all, please chose elsewhere.
