Have liked this property for years. Enjoyed the renovated rooms. Only thing i hate is charging $25 to park at the hotel. Pay enough money to stay there and the greedy company rips off us hard working people that spend our cash to stay there.

Our arrival was not welcoming: as soon as we got out of our car, the doorman kept yelling us to move our car after just a minute to unload luggage, prioritizing charter buses over guests. That "new management, new experience" banner? Total farce—immediately raised red flags. In our 10th-floor room, the AC was broken, blowing only warm air from check-in. I alerted the indifferent front desk (an Asian lady), but after the technician came by to take a look—the only helpful and polite staff person—confirmed it needed replacing. Upon requesting the front desk a new room they flatly refused and tossed us a useless pathetic fan as a "solution". We sweltered all night.

I stayed in the Marina view King room. From the room, u can see the boat dockyard, flyover. View from the room is excellent. Bed is very comfortable. The room did not include parking which was 25$ per night.
