The beds were confortable and rooms were clean. Bur the elevators were not in good working order. 2 of them were down all 3 nights we stayed. We were advised they'd been down for more than 10 days! A significant inconvenience

Only one of three elevators works and it’s an old one. The toilet paper is cheaper than that of a bus station. Staff are very professional and the room was clean. WiFi was mostly functional. Price far too high for this quality of stay.

2/3 elevators were broken so we always had a line to get to our room. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, sat there for 25 minutes with no sign of service even though we flagged. Would not stay here again.

Only one of three elevators was in working order, which did make us question how reliable the third was going to be. With a room on the 7th floor we risked it, climbing seven flights of stairs with two weeks worth of luggage was not too appealing.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. This is highly recommended if you need a hotel near the airport. Check in and check out was a breeze. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. It only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport and back. The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will surely stay at this hotel again.
