We understand that some guests had to check back in due to the flight cancellations on the night of the 21st. However, when we checked into our room, we noticed several deficiencies. The bathroom fan was not working, and the bath towels were old and frayed. No room service. One of The elevators had problem with panel. It appears that the building is in need of maintenance. In addition, the front desk staff were not very professional. Aside from handing us the room keys, they did not provide essential information such as Wi-Fi details or the shuttle bus schedule…
