The property was ok. But and I am not kidding here. We run out of SOAP the first day. I asked the front desk every day at least twice a day and they promised me they will send some one to take care of it. One day they left 2 tiny bottles of soap in the room. We were 4 people not even lasted for 1 day. Some how they told me that they had no soap and they could not get anymore? I had to go and buy my own. Now I paid good money per night and it seems to me that they did not care. I even cancelled another reservation to move to this Highly rated HILTON. They should be ashamed of this. The front desk never apologized or did anything to make it better. terrible
