Staff were absolutely brilliant. They are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and l am sure l will be back. It was my great grand daughters 9th birthday and all the extra little touches made her first visit to London memorable

Great hotel & location. Only negative point was that we'd be out all day and when we'd return around 4pm the room had still not been cleaned, cleaners would arrive around 5pm requiring us to vacate the room. This happened on 2 occasions of our 3 night stay.

Great value hotel in downtown London, close to public transportation and just over the Westminster bridge. Breakfast was filling and delicious and staff were polite and professional. Our room was clean but bathroom did not have a main door. There is only a sliding door between the shower and the toilet which obviously affects privacy. Also, if you take a shower past 9am, there will only be cold water so take it earlier or the night before. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, I would still recommend this place.

I’m deeply disappointed with the management of this hotel. Due to an unexpected whilefire at the airport we were scheduled to fly out of, all flights were grounded. I contacted the hotel immediately to explain the situation — something entirely beyond our control. Despite notifying them before our planned check-in and providing full context, the hotel refused to issue a refund or offer any form of accommodation, stating that the situation was also beyond their control. While I understand that policies are in place, their complete lack of flexibility and compassion in such an extraordinary circumstance is truly disheartening. We never had the opportunity to stay at the property, yet were charged the full amount —. This was a very disappointing experience. A real shame, and a poor reflection on the values of this hotel.

Second time staying here this year. Location is a stone throw away from an underground so perfect when travelling with children. Hotel was clean, staff were all super friendly and room was all in all very comfortable and spacious. Our go to hotel now when in London.

Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Very close to everything. My only complaint is we were on the side close to the road. Very noisy because of constant emergency vehicles. Especially at night. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff are very friendly.

Drainage for the bathtub was terrible. There would be water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Telephone handset in the room doesn't work, had to use speakerphone at the base to call, lucky to catch someone maybe 1/10 times to reach the front desk.

Room nice but service not great. Most staff looked miserable and grumpy, only two staff smiled and greeted me. Most acted as if I was an inconvenience. Issues at check-in due to room setup didn't match the system so had three trips to reception to sort it as no one answered the phone. Breakfast was poor and not worth the money.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location with Lambeth North tube station across the street. Good dining options around the area. Room was small but very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant. We made use of the pool but did not find the water very clear and there were some obvious repairs needed around the edges.
