Bathrooms were uncomfortably small. There was quite a bit of noise from tube traffic overnight in the basement rooms. Polite and efficient staff. The hotel is new and clean. Very convenient location for getting around town.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in London and I've been going for a few years now. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff made the hotel for me, they were very professional and attentive. I had a small waiting time for my room and they brought me coffee and kept me up to date on timings. I would definitely stay there again. 😊
