We both had an excellent stay at the hotel, any issues we did have were dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Room was clean and tidy. One thing I would say is, one chair when two people are sharing for three nights is not enough, we did ask for another chair and this was placed on thr room straight away.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Checking was easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is pretty good. It is a prime location to all the attractions. I definitely would recommend Strand Palace when staying in London. I definitely would stay there again. Keep up the strong work everyone at Strand.
