The home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom 1984 square feet house. Huge backyard, screened in porch area and a wood deck on the side with propane grill. This neighborhood is very quiet and is filled with older neighbors and families.
Note: This property is close to the airforce base so you may hear the revele in the morning and taps at night. Not super loud but worth mentioning

Other things to note

Pool: Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The gym is 14 minutes from the house or 7.1 miles away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.


A note on bugs: all our properties are renovated spaces, everything inside is new, and we have our properties treated for bugs on a recurring schedule by professionals. That being said, this is the Deep South, we are below sea level, and when temperatures change you may see a bug. Rest assured it’s a rare occurrence but it’s impossible to make a place 100% bug proof. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step one to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund.

backyard note: the backyard is MOSTLY fenced but not all the way. If this is a deal breaker keep this in mind.

Host is super communicative and friendly. Perfect location for going to performing arts venue. Family room is comfortable and roomy, kitchen has everything needed for making dinner, both bathrooms are really small, super pet friendly but would have liked for the backyard to be fully fenced in to let the pups roam. Would definitely recommend!

Huge home with tons of space. Lovely amenities provided in the kitchen and laundry. The bath is very small, but the water pressure was phenomenal! We all slept well in the comfy beds furnished with very nice linens. The Neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is a ways from downtown, but the price reflects that. I would be happy to stay here again.

Spring Break getaway

Quiet comfy and like home

This house was beautifully decorated with all the amenities and more. It had a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood and there were even children playing outside. Out the front door you could see the Spanish moss blowing in the wind and the trees across the street. The screened in patio Was just amazing to sit outside and drink your coffee and watch the squirrels play. Love this place would recommend 10 out of 10 every time.

Plenty of space and perfect location

The property was clean with a big back yard! The house was the perfect size and anything you need (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) Is only about a 10-15 minute drive. The host was quick to reply and work with you on anything you need. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Would absolutely stay again!

A wonderful visit!

We had a great weekend in North Charleston. The house was perfect for a family game night and some relaxation. Communication with the host was excellent and the house was exactly as described…maybe even a little better with the coffee and hot chocolate bar that we weren’t expecting!

Great place!

We were visiting family for the holidays and wanted a place to have family visit us while we were in town. This was a great comfy place with open space! We loved the dinning room table to have family over for dinner and to sit and talk. Neighborhood was quiet.

Great House With Lots of Space

If you’re looking to accommodate 5-6 people, this place is perfect. Plenty of ample space and the location is close enough to major attractions and far enough away to experience the Charleston area as your own pace.

Nice gathering place

The layout of the house was perfect for us. Large family room, dining room and kitchen all with open floor plan. Some deferred maintenance, but did not detract from our stay. We really appreciated the Keurig coffee and gas cook top.

My husband and I didnt want to leave this beautiful home. So cozy and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Joseph was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful

Everything was great! Very clean and had all we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Quiet area and well groomed property. I just recommend patience when getting on main road as it’s across from the Air Force base and there’s a lot of traffic but people were polite and let you in so be patient.😉
