Very unclean room with hairs and pubic hairs in the bed. Bed was dirty, and dishwater was dirty as well. Will not be coming back

We did a staycation for our grandchildren visiting from out of town place was neat, clean, and well appointed. Facilities top-notch as to be expected from the Marriott brand. The highlight of our stay was Ullee at the front desk. This young lady was so professional and knew her stuff and made us feel at home. Anything we needed. She went out of her way to provide for us and I hope that the GM is reading this because this young lady is going places in your company. And because of her and Brenda we will be returning for another stay. * One and only con. THE LOUD AND BOISTEROUS DRUNK LONG-TERM CONTRACTORS THAT I AM SURE ARE THE BREAD AND BUTTER OF BUSINESS THERE BUT WE WERE UNABLE TO USE THE GRILL AREA BECAUSE OF THEIR LANGUAGE, THE MARIJUANA SMOKE AND JUST PLAIN OUT INAPPROPRIATE PROFANE LANGUAGE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DOOR OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I WASTED $60 WORTH OF STEAKS. BY NOT BEING ABLE TO UTILIZE THIS COMMON AREA NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR YOUR BRAND

Never stayed at a town plaza before, but I would stay again really like the idea of a washer and dryer available and the full kitchen and the double queen room was I added surprise even had a dishwasher very nice rooms very comfortable beds clean and I felt safe with me and my two granddaughters
