The room I had booked was stated to be a corner room. The desk told me they don’t have corner rooms. The room amenities listed robes. They do not have robes. They did have a room ready earlier which I was grateful for but there was a very strong cleaning product/air freshener odor. I had booked a non smoking room but there was a large cigarette burn on a side table.

Mixed review. The hotel staff was great, and special shout out to the staff taking care of the M Club because they were amazing. While the hotel was clean it shows a lot of signs of wear and tear. Patio furniture outside had holes and tears in the cushions, there were tables with water damage, M Club had same issues with the furniture. Food was good and reasonably priced. Cleaning staff did well our first few days but last couple of days there were misses with room cleaning and re-supplying.
