Loved this place. They had complementary breakfast and dinner, which I had never heard of. Within 20-30 minutes of everything you want to site see. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants, grocery and shopping are close by. One of the best stays I’ve ever had.

A needle in a haystack

Easy check in process, plenty of reasonable amenities you can expect from a chain. What set them apart was the kick-back. From 530pm-7pm each adult guest (21+) received 3 free alcoholic beverages per night in addition to a dinner sampler (DIY tacos, nachos, hot dogs).

Drury Plaza Charleston was by far the nicest hotel I’ve ever visited. I don’t know how this isn’t a 5 star hotel on Google. The amenities were amazing! Beautiful pool and spacious hot tub, both very clean. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The staff was the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever met. I was blown away by how great the experience was. We will definitely become repeat customers!!!

I hated I didn't have hot water in my shower, not even warm. I had hot water in my sink and I made do. Other than that. Everything was perfect. Clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet staff was amazing. Food was great. Everything was great.
