"Huone oli erinomainen, tilava ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli sijaitsi siistillä, viihtyisällä ja suhteellisen rauhallisella alueella. Big Ben, Westminister Abbey olivat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kuten myös Sea Life, London Eye ja Paddington Expierience. Big Benille käveli noin 5-7 minuutissa. Hotellin lähellä oli pieniä lahjatavaraliikkeitä ja iso ruokakauppa. Waterloon mettoasema oli lähellä, noin 5-7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
