Lovely hotel but far too hot at night

The hotel was lovely and the staff were really nice, everyone was friendly and helpful. However the room we were in was so hot. We got absolutely no sleep the air conditioning wasn’t working.

This property stuff was the best & most attentive I have ever experienced. The slight issue of the wet carpet was handled immediately and resulted in a room upgrade which made the stay unforgettable. Thank you to all the staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, stayed here for almost a week in June. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Situated right on the riverbank, it offers some good views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Convenience is another big plus: there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, taxis are readily available, and there’s a Tesco right next door. There are plenty of good restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and it’s only a 20-minute walk to Westminster Bridge, which made sightseeing very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Balcony locked when we checked in. Took 1 hour for someone to open it. Ordered room service from menu in the room only to be told the items we wanted were no longer available, and we needed to go on-line for most recent offerings. Day 2 arrived back to no wifi or TV service - called front desk who said they would send up technician. 90 mins later I went down to lobby as no technician arrived to be told problem would be fixed in the next 30 mins. Utterly appalling
