Great place to stay with great staff.

Family of 4 - two adult children. The room was comfortable, even though smaller than we’re used to. The pull out bed was already set up with sheets - which was great. We needed some item, called the front desk and they were up quickly with it. We got a nice gift basket - I can’t remember why. All the staff was respectful and kind. The doorman was a cheerful gentleman. We were also walking distance to Big Ben and Westminster (15 min). And Buckingham Pace was about 30 minutes.

Best view in London

We had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza Riverbank. Our room was incredible, with the best view in London (so named by our kids). The beds and pillows were so comfy and the toiletries were ESPA, which are gorgeous. The breakfast was plentiful.and tasty. And it was easy to book the pool, which was controlled and not too busy at any one time.

There’s a strong smell of fragrance upon entering the hotel lobby that triggered my allergies but I did not smell it anywhere else within the premises.

A lovely hotel in a great location! Easily walkable to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, etc. Underground is about a ten minute walk. Clean and comfortable, right on the river. One caution … they will ask if you want the “eco-friendly” option for housekeeping. We were told that we would receive housekeeping services for every two nights in the hotel, which should have been three times. But housekeeping only came once. Don’t get the eco friendly option if you are staying more than three nights!
