We had 2 executive doubles. One was spotless one was unclean. The unclean one had soap and shower marks on the shower door. Fingerprints all over the wardrobes doors. We put our clothes on the shelves and they was thick with dust. There was no little free extra toiletries like me advertised. Other than this both rooms was very comfortable. Beds and bedding lovely.

I loved every minute of our stay ,The river view room looked over to Big Ben was amazing . My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a lounge area at the bar area, the restaurant had taken it over , we had stayed before and sat in just for drinks , think it’s poor you can’t sit at the window now just to enjoy the view without eating . The staffs attire was impeccable , so well turned out , friendly and there to assist . Will return

I didn’t have breakfast here. The room was lovey and clean. Very spacious bathroom with a bath and shower. The gym is a good size and the pool, sauna and steam room are excellent. I would most definitely stay here again.
