Lovely clean room overlooking Tower Bridge and the river Thames. Breakfast is a busy place but seats are always available and a good choice is available from hot to cold items. The location is fantastic with the Tower of London and Tower Bridge within 5 minutes walk. Taxis and London transport buses and trains are all outside the hotel ready to take you into the City centre.

Location was great. Bathroom shower did not drain properly even after putting in two repair requests. Mold throughout shower tiles. Beds were very comfortable. Something was wrong with the internet connection for the television. It kept buffering and resetting. There were NO USB charging ports in the room. Concierge and staff were exceptional.
