Hotel was very close to all of the main landmarks. It also has an awesome view of the tower bridge. Very close to a tube as well. Only thing the rooms inside are a little run down but besides that it’s a good stay.

Thos hotel is by far my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. The 5 star service was amazing, the comfort of the bed was perfect, but the real showstopper was the location and view. As a history nerd, lookinf out at the Tower Bridge and Tower of London was the best thing ever. Thank you for a wonderful experience even though I didn't sleep because I just kept staring out the window 😂💖

Had a view of the tower bridge which was amazing! They were doing some construction on the roof just outside our window and we were on a lower floor so couldn’t open the windows too much in the morning but overall was a great experience!

AVOID!

AVOID. Very poor. Room was filthy. Extremely dated. Staff were very rude. Aircon didn’t work. Room has no net curtains to stop the room next door overlooking from seeing right in other than the black out curtains. Maintenance team on site. Toilet had been used and not flushed. Over all very, very disappointing.

First I would like to thank Raj on resolving my issues upon check in at the hotel. The service, food and staff at the downstairs restaurant Vincinity were exceptional. My issues with housekeeping however was never resolved. We asked the housekeeper to refill the tub soap dispenser The room was filled with built up dust, to the point it had turned dark gray. The entire TV and area surrounding was very dusty. One point of concern was the lack of tension on the door. This caused the door to slam harshly if it was released per normal. Overall, I believe that housekeeping and maintenence inspections needs to be addressed to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained properly. Harry Lynch

The Tower Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the district/circle underground lines. All staff were excellent and accommodating. The rooms are outdated and are due for a renovation, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked properly.
