Only a one night stay . Staff around the building were welcoming. The room was well maintained with an incredible view of Tower Bridge. The bed was super comfy and breakfast in the morning was worth the money.

The room is so outdated and old. It maintains the basic tidiness but overall it’s still disappointing. The warming rack for towels was broken and so is the fixture of the shampoo bottle in the bathroom. The view of the tower bridge is super nice but the window is dirty which affects the view.

Location superb. Easy to get to and great fir sightseeing Hotel is looking and feeling a bit dated. Luckily we spent each day sightseeing and so came back just to crash out.

If you ask for no room service they give you a €7 credit for the hotel’s restaurant or cafe but one day when we had the thing on the door for that they came in and did it anyways and put the door thing on the closest and we didn’t get the credit for that day but we did get it for a different day and it was used at the coffee shop that has great good! We also went to the out door patio restaurant with a view of the tower bridge and the burgers were delicious! The bathroom also needs to be updated and wasn’t the bathroom shown in the picture for the room I reserved and the bathtub had random things in it that had to be washed out. Hotel is walking distance to near by train stop and hop on hop off buses. Elevator can be very warm, so be careful on hot days there is no ventilation in there whats so ever.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always felt it to be one of the best locations in London - so close to so much and the staff have always been exceptional. I do feel the rooms are starting to look a little jaded and could do with a refit - things like having plug sockets next to the bed and being able to switch off the lights without getting out of bed. Also the mini bar not available signs are not great - perhaps a mini fridge in the room would be an idea.

Room 777 - the fridge broke down prior to our arrival but they gave complimentary drinks, ice and breakfast. Fantastic view, fantastic hotel and worth every penny. Would truly recommend.

The hotel was nice and was in a great area. Very close to many toursit attractions and very easy to get around. The one complaint is that the air conditioning was not working properly which was especially problematic given the fact that we were there when the temperture was routinely exceeding 80 degrees F / 27 degrees C with +75% humidity. The hotel provided fans but their effectiveness was limited at best.

For breakfast the only option was a buffet dining experience for 50 pounds. There were no other options. They did not offer a menu you could pick from. VU restaurant had amazing staff and the food was great.
